Some of the primary causes of WWI were nationlism,militarism ,assassination of Franz Ferdinand and the colllapse of the alliance system. Nationlism was a primary cause everyone would choose their own side and stick together as one. Militarism was a primary cause some militray werent so good or didnt have enough people in the militray to fight.
